The hotel's location is superb, it's near the metro station and can be found inside a mall, which is convenient for those who like to shop. The staff during daytime were helpful and knowledgeable about everything, they assisted us properly during our stay. The room itself was average, but it has everything we needed and it was comfortable, despite the lack of towels and electric kettle.

On the other hand, the room could use some improvements, the shower was broken and some taps needed maintenance. It felt like the room was not cleaned properly when we saw cockroaches everywhere.

Though our room was basic, it was well presented and included essential facilities like towels and tea/coffee-making equipment. the bathroom was clean and functional, with a sharp water flow in the shower.
